Our Factory

LBB production base is located in the global hub of the bag industry, covering an area of 2370square meters. Equipped with standardized production workshops, Design and Development Team, and a quality inspection center, it serves as a modern bag manufacturing facility integrating design, research and development, production, and testing.

We adhere to the principle of “green production,” prioritizing eco-friendly, durable, and high-quality materials throughout our manufacturing process. Our fabrics support weights of 8oz/10oz/12oz/14oz/16oz/20oz and offer customizable colors (selectable from the Pantone color chart), minimizing environmental impact while optimizing production workflows. This approach enhances efficiency and ensures consistent product quality. Our workshop is equipped with advanced machinery, enabling an “automation + handcrafted refinement” production model. Automated equipment ensures consistency in mass production, while artisanal techniques polish the details and texture. This approach ensures every bag combines practicality with the warmth of craftsmanship.

From raw material inspection upon arrival, through production process inspections, to full inspection of finished goods before shipment, every step is rigorously controlled by professionals to prevent substandard products from entering the market. Whether it's the fabric's abrasion resistance, the smoothness of the zippers, the density of the stitching, or the uniformity of the bag's shape, each aspect undergoes multiple layers of screening—all to provide users with reliable, durable travel companions.

Tailored for the LBB Canvas Tote's dual-scenario positioning of “daily commuting + outdoor travel,” we employ premium fabrics characterized by “high abrasion resistance, waterproofing, and lightweight properties.” Through rigorous raw material selection techniques, we source fabrics meeting international environmental standards—each batch undergoes abrasion resistance testing, waterproof testing, and colorfastness testing. Simultaneously, the finished products comply with CE, ROHS, GRS, REACH, and OEKO-TEX certification standards. This ensures the fabric resists wear, fading, water, and stains—handling urban commuting dust while withstanding outdoor weather conditions.

We prioritize fabric texture and eco-friendliness, selecting breathable, odor-free materials that prevent harm to the body. This ensures users remain comfortable even during extended wear, truly achieving “practicality and comfort coexisting.”

DETAILS

Precision Cutting Process: Utilizing automated CNC cutting equipment, we precisely match design blueprints with tolerances controlled within 0.1cm. This ensures each fabric piece is dimensionally accurate and seamlessly assembled, preventing issues such as distorted silhouettes or dimensional discrepancies.

Reinforced Stitching Process: For high-wear areas (shoulder straps, zipper interfaces, bag bottoms), we employ a “double-thread stitching + reinforced patch” technique with a stitch density of 12-15 stitches per inch, significantly enhancing the bag's durability.

Detailed Finishing Craftsmanship: Each bag's edges undergo meticulous sanding and binding for a smooth, non-abrasive feel. Custom-designed high-quality zippers undergo thousands of smoothness tests to ensure effortless gliding without jamming or breaking. Hardware components receive rust-proof and oxidation-resistant treatments, maintaining their luster over time without fading or rusting.

QC

We have established a comprehensive quality inspection system, employing advanced testing equipment and professional standards to conduct multi-dimensional inspections on every bag, ensuring product quality meets all requirements:

  • Raw Material Testing: Assess fabric abrasion resistance, water repellency, and colorfastness; evaluate hardware components for material composition and durability.
  • Production Process Inspection: Conduct patrol inspections of cutting, sewing, hemming, and other stages to promptly identify and correct issues during production.
  • Finished Product Inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspections of finished bags, including bag shape, stitching, zippers, hardware, and capacity. Simultaneously perform load-bearing and abrasion resistance tests to ensure each bag meets users' travel needs.
